Looking for advice on how to progress from here TIA

I’m new to this and just looking for any advice on how to progress. I’m a 37 y.o. male, 5’9”, 195lbs, and 40.0” waist. I’m down about 65lbs and 11 inches on my waist since last October from a combination of Reta/Tirz and walking 6 miles every day. However, I still have a significant amount of fat to lose (especially belly fat) but I’m at the point that I really trying to prioritize building/retaining muscle as well. I guess I’m just looking to do a body recomp rather than just pure weight loss.

I honestly feel like I’ve got the diet part down pretty well. I use myfitnesspal and am consistently around a 300-400 calorie deficit while eating 175-200g protein a day. For the last 2 months I’ve been doing a 5-day split (chest/tri, back/bi, legs/glutes, shoulders, arms/core) followed by 30 minutes of cardio (alternating between incline treadmill, stair master, and rowing machine). I’ve also been taking 5mg creatine daily, and 2mg of Retatrutide weekly and 1mg tesamorelin/300mcg ipamorelin daily.

Over that time period my weight has fluctuated between 198-194 but my waist has continued to drop and I can notice my arms and chest are starting to “fill out” some. I recently had my blood work done and discovered I have low total, free, and bioavailabile testosterone but all of my other sex hormone levels seem fine. I’m trying to decide if it’s worth me looking into TRT or maybe start with trying enclomiphene and an aromatase inhibitor so my body will start to produce more testosterone. Or if I don’t need any of that and really just need to be patient and trust the process.
