Morning anxiety/ time for increase?
My daughter on 20 mg of fluoxetine for past few months, started at 10mg. Felt great month ago with that dose , now this past week every day she has been waking up feeling super anxious so much that she actually vomits and her chest is tight from anxiety. She said she knows it’s anxiety because feels it her stomach is uneasy.
Usually as her day goes on it goes away but wondering if this means her dose should be increased or maybe even time to switch med and Thai any not be one for her.
She was originally on setraline for years but moved to this med due to it not being effective any longer.
She was on setraline 100ng at end before the switch.
Anyone experience this and if so did increase in dose help?
Also I know it takes a while for increase or take effect, anyone have any tips of what helped them in meantime with the nausea ?
