Ear Wax or Eat Mites?

Hi all,
My indoor cat who doesn't socialise with any other cat and is let out only to limits of our apartment corridor has suddenly developed this dark brown wax in her left ear. This is the first ever incidence in her 3 years.
I brush and clean her ears with regular non-scented wet wipes every weekend. She isn't scratching herself excessively, there is no inflammation in the ear and no foul odour either. I've been cleaning out this ear for the last couple weeks and the brown wax keeps coming back.
Should I take her to the vet?

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 25, and ever since then it feels like stress has been running the show when it comes to both my mood and my body (acne, high cortisol, all of it).

My cycles used to be pretty regular, around 30–37 days up until the end of last year. Then I went through a pretty intense period of career related stress, and since then my cycles have stretched out a lot, like 40–45 days.

The irony is that I just got a battery of tests done for a fertility checkup and I was well within the normal range for every test. The only thing my gynaecologist said was that I have to track my ovulation if I’m trying to get pregnant.

Still, it’s worrying because I’ve never had this big of a shift in my cycle before. Definitely planning to book another appointment soon just to check what’s going on.

Will it be like this forever?
