Didn't sign up for a subscription; I had only tried 2 meals so far I hadn't even got to check out the food yet; and they were already charging me 3 days later for the next 10 boxes without any option to change your meals that didn't ordered when I don't even have space on my freezer never agreed I can't even afford been charged twice in a month! Customer service is a joke no solutions. I emailed them to cancel order before was sent out no refunds I work part-time waste of money total was $250 for nasty, smashed boring food that I have to throw away for those with funny chicken smell eww gross! I advise everyone to be careful with you money! (There's no link or account. because you never credited one as a first time customer! So thats why is the catch right there to make it difficult for customers to cancel a subscription you never made cuz, it isnt an account on file only your credit card for them to charge you There's no options or steps you won't see an option unsubscribed!!!!) Clearly didn't care about clients!
