We are looking to sell our Whitefields (Kondapur) flat, but I don't know what's the most accurate pricing.
Apartment name - Aditya green fields.
Builder - Aditya builders.
Literally opposite to sarath city mall and botanical garden.
Location wise, it's fking awesome.
But, the flat was handed over at 2008. Making it a 16 year old apartment.
It's a 2 block apartment, each block consists of 20 flats, making it 40 flats within 2 blocks.
Has their own gym, and a small club house (no swimming pool unfortunately)
(Our flat) block - A, 3rd Floor, East facing, 2500sqft.
It's a 2500 sqft
East facing flat furnished with 3 acs, fridge, dining table (4 chairs), washing machine, (50inch Tv)
sofa (3+1+1),
3 beds (frame + cot) wardrobes (obviously)
5000-5500 maintenance.
How much do you reckon i should price it for?
The current cost in that area is bollocks, so 7000 per sqft seems alright?
