Regs for Therapy Appointments
Hi all,
I recently reached out regarding having a wobble, and I was completely overwhelmed with the support I got from everyone on here. I really do appreciate everyone who touched in with their own opinions and thoughts. It kick started me taking the time I needed and reaching out for some help.
I've been offered some therapy sessions through the NHS, and my understanding is they'll be on a set day that repeats every week. Could I just ask if anyone knows or has any experience of how this would work with shifts? Would I have to try to have them adjusted so they do not intrude on working hours - or there any flexibility with regs for attending these appointments?
I've had a quick read through the regs and can't find anything supporting this, but I thought I'd ask as I'm sure some people here know them inside and out :)
