Hi All. I lost my job couple of months ago. All my savings are getting drained due to rental checks and family to support while looking for new job.

A friend of mine and a former colleague from Oman wants to help me out by transferring some cash to me around AED 10K. I want to understand what is the safest and legal way to receive the money without any issues as i have heard some scary stories of people getting travel bans and court cases.
