10 year old deck with PTP frame that had no joist tape with 2x6 cedar on top. Ledger boards attached to foundation appear to be in good shape, thought there’s no tape/flashing that I can see.

Dimensions about 15x28. Austin, TX. Will be putting Mirador 10x20 louvered pergola on top of this when done.

Want to do what I can to lengthen the ice of the frame while I have the boards up. Of course, looking for highest impact/lowest cost recommendations. Plan on joist tape, but wondering if I should replace some joist altogether or sister existing ones? Replace the 4x4 posts with rot or just add new ones?

Was going to replace this existing cedar with new 2x6x12 Japanese cedar that I found at 25 per board.
