I am just looking for some advice or guidance as I am a little nervous about a major job change I am undertaking.

I am moving from a rural school in central NSW, and moving to the east coast (NSW) in a permanent teaching capacity.

Has anyone made the change? I know the school will be bigger, and that concerns me as I have been in small schools the last 5 years. I am nervous my behaviour management won’t be up to scratch. Or that I may get lost in a crowd of staff members. Any advice welcome!! Thank you!!
