Building Detailing App - Would love community input

mods. Please forgive me for posting this and feel free to remove if I’m violating group rules.

Hi all!

I’m currently working on Gleamr, a mobile-first app for mobile detailing (think: booking for customers, job + crew workflows for shops, owner-side ops like services, scheduling, loyalty-type stuff).

I built this initially for myself when I got into aviation detailing and needed something that matched how mobile work actually runs day to day. Once it took shape, I figured the wider detailing community: ground vehicles, boats, aircraft, or mixed fleets could get value from it too, so I’m opening it up for feedback instead of keeping it a solo tool.

Where it’s at: we have a clickable prototype / demo with a lot of the UX sketched out, but I’m pre-launch and trying to validate the idea with people who actually run vans and crews and not build something that won't be beneficial to the community.

What I’m asking:

  • What are your biggest operational headaches (scheduling, deposits/no-shows, route planning, tips, products/consumables, reviews, comms with customers, etc.)?
  • What feature would save you the most time or money if it worked really well on a phone?

Founding members: I’m planning early-access + founder benefits (e.g. preferential pricing / locked perks) for people who help shape v1 (details TBD), but I want contributors recognized.

Would Greatly Appreciate: I’d love to hop on a short call with a few detailers to hear how you actually run the business day to day. If interested, comment or DM and I’ll share a Google Meets link.

Thank you in advance to anyone willing to share input, and again apologies if this is considered promotional or not appropriate for the group.
