Overnight potty training

Hi all! I have a 12 week old lab puppy, had him for a month now. Potty training was a struggle at first, but we’re doing a lot better now. However, still struggling with overnight potty breaks. I limited all treats and now just use his food for training, but he still seems to have issues with needing to poo multiple times a night, even with dinner being at 5pm and then very minimal food rewards after that.

For instance, yesterday he had pretty normal poos (still not as solid as I’d like though)at lunchtime and dinner time. We went to bed around 9:30, and then he woke me up at 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30 to go poo. This has been happening every night for the last two weeks. He used to pretty reliably go after every meal, and I didn’t switch his food (he eats Purina one puppy food, he gets about 2-2.5 cups a day). I understand he’s a pup and still probably needs overnight potty breaks, but I feel like this many is indicating I need to change something. He had a fecal test about a week ago and everything came back negative. Any ideas how I can settle his tummy and reduce overnight trips?

Edit: he is crate trained and does all his naps and sleep in there. He knows to wake me up now when he has to go and no longer goes in his crate. He doesn’t seem to have this issue during daytime naps.
