help me buy me first guitar

help me buy me first guitar

Hi, I'm sorry if this is a annoying question and gets asked alot but I need help choosing a acoustic guitar around 12k budget, after begging my parents to buy me one since LITERALLY 5-6 years and them not buying it I finally managed to scrape up money myself and there's a sale going on amazon rn so this will be like my first purchase ever so I'm kinda overthinking what to buy lol my brain is fried 🥹

I'm a complete beginner, I've never held a guitar before, 18f (only mentioning this bc it could help w recommendations, I heard bigger guitars will be uncomfortable to hold and play, I've a smaller build) sooo yeah help me out 🙏 (btw ik I said 12k max but I coulddd stretch it to 15k if it means I get a much better experience than the ones 12k and under.) What's the best brand to buy? I only know kadence which ig is better to avoid and Yamaha, which seems to be a good brand and is very easily available online (won't be able to buy offline as there are no good stores near me)

Also, is it only best if someone who's never touched a guitar like me start w an acoustic guitar, or does it not matter and is just a misconception? I lowk wanna try a electric guitar it sounds so cool.

TL;DR

Complete beginner, recommend me a good acoustic guitar under 15k, possibly a trustable brand like Yamaha that is easily available online, suitable for a smaller build person.

Here are some options I'm considering, let me know if these are good and if you have other recommendations.
