I've been doing instacart for a couple years now with over 2k orders under my belt so im not new to shop and deliver orders. I recently started dashing. I've already hit platinum and made it to pro shopper. This weekend I had an order that included multiple meat items which I had to take pics of and send to the customer. He replied with "looks good!" Tuesday i noticed my pro shopper status was gone. This guy marked every single item as damaged. I know its a lie cause one of the "damaged" items is still in my trunk. He never got his jar of mayo. Didn't mark it as missing, he marked it as damaged. What are my chances of getting this resolved?
