Review: VCA Vintage Alhambra Pendant (US Seller)
Just wanted to share my experience since I don’t see too many detailed reviews on US based sellers here!
I recently got a VCA vintage alhambra pendant in onyx, and this is actually my third piece from this jeweller! At this point I feel like I have a pretty solid idea of their quality, and honestly I love it!
The piece is 18k solid gold with natural onyx. I’m super picky about details, so I wouldn’t personally go for anything that’s even slightly off from the original. Their accuracy is kind of insane. The motif shape, chain, clasp, and even the engravings are all really well done.
My sister owns an authentic VCA piece, and we literally compared them side by side. It got to the point where we genuinely struggled to tell which was which for a second, and we almost didn’t get ours back when we took these photos😭
I wanted to keep this as a daily piece so I’ve been wearing mine for a few days straight including in the shower, and there’s been zero tarnishing so far, which reassures me that it’s actually solid gold and not plated.

Accuracy: Amazing! 10/10! All the engravings, details and hallmarks are super accurate! I compared it with my sister’s pendant (pics attached)
Size: 10/10! I wanted to get the length customized because I personally want it to sit lower on my chest, so I asked them to add an additional jump hoop at 18 inches. It worked out perfectly!
Communication: 10/10! I sent them like 10+ pictures of the pieces I had in mind and they provided me the quote super promptly.
Timing & shipping: The piece took about 4 weeks to complete, I ordered this piece around mid March and I received it 15th of April
Price: It’s originally $1300 but they offered me $100 for being a repeated customer! So I got this piece for $1200.
