I am currently 110kg and I struggle a lot with my weight . I wanna loose weight and I have stopped having sugar but I’m very confused on what foods to have . I searched in yt and all but I don’t know if I can trust so I came here to ask from ppl who might’ve experienced it .

I love sandwiches tbh and as a college student I thought maybe I can take a sandwitch to college but I’m confused what type I can have . I don’t have breakfast often coz I barely have time and no lunch too but now I wanna start coz I’m getting weak being in this college routine from 6am to 6pm . I don’t drink or eat anything while going to clg and I wish to have smth light and simple where it doesn’t take too much time to prepare .

And for lunch I wish to have something like as I said sandwich coz it’ll be easier and less time consuming to make . Can anyone tell me what type of sandwitch I can make and that too in a tasty way . Pls tell me the correct amount too .

Then after reaching home around 6pm idk what to have . Usually I eat what’s there in the house that my grandma makes but is there anything I can eat when I reach home? Or if it’s really ok eating whatver there is in the house .
