Probate/ lodger
Hi I've viewed a property I'm interested in and the owner has died. The agent says no probate involved and the grandson/ a relative is staying in the property with his girlfriend. Could this be problematic with the lodger refusing to leave? How come probate won't be needed? Any advice on questions to ask the agent?
