I got the email to book my shifts today but on both the website and the app, i can’t find a place to actually book them! I tried all the tabs, the notification comes up under Dashboard and says to go to “promoted schedules” but there is no such tab. I went to schedule history and there’s nothing there, neither is there under “upcoming sessions”. My role offer is there which says i accepted, i clicked “view” but no options came to book any shifts.

Those who were able to book successfully, which tab was your “promoted schedules” section under and did you use the app or the website?

Edit to add: couldn’t figure it out in the website or app BUT there was a clickable graphic in my shift invitation email and i was able to book them there

Ive accepted my offer for a couple months now, have done the elearnings, but still have no ability to book shifts or even see when they are. I have to travel for work and don’t know if i need to be in town 1 week, 2 weeks, etc before the games. Reached out to support multiple times, no response.

Anyone in Vancouver know what the timelines for shifts/training dates are? Is it just June where we need to be here, or has anyone had training dates in May?
