Specifically yellow jackets, I have a friend who has a bit of an infestation of nests. He used some spray to kill them, and I wanted to see if I should collect them for use.

I know if I leave it outside for a good hot minute in the weather or rinse it myself, the residue from the spray will lessen and but still be there in small amounts.

My question is mostly about the spray and if it would affect any work I did with the nest. Has anyone used wasp nests that were treated? Did it affect your working?

Im looking for some insight and wisdom.I've never done Beneful magick, but I've always been open to it.

Context

My coworker has pushed off work to others, complains constantly about his work and how others work, talks behind others' backs, yelled in another coworkers face, tried several times to get others into trouble, snitches to upper management and other management in other departments (Eating, standing, talking, etc.), complained so much to our manager, our manager told him to talk to our supervisor if he had a complaint, pulls supervisor aside at least once a shift to talk about something, comes in but makes and excuse to leave early, casually saying vulgar things, etc.

There's probably more im forgetting, but this is about it. I probably wrote too much sry, hes had a second chance as this all happend last year 24. We had a new policy put in place and all his wrongdoings were wiped. For the first month he was good. But hes fallen back into old patterns, I try to keep myself cordial amd work without being next or by him. I honestly dont see him or am with him for more than 40min in a full 8h shift. One of our new managers had told me that after he asked him to stay late and close (Which he agreed to) this individual told him I needed to work. And that honestly pissed me off. Ive thought about it over about a 3 weeks. And i feel like hexing him.

But I dont know if im overreacting or if I should just leave him alone. Ive never hexed anyone, but his dude is pissing me off more than normal.

Idk if this was too much to write sry. Any advice is appreciated 🙏
