He wasn’t famous. And he was an asshole

But my dad said things over the years and I’ve found a bit about him online.

Name is Richard Howe, went by rich and I was told he made a record. From Springfield Illinois.

I have found this album, called “A Summer” it was out in 1970.

If anyone can find anything I’m insanely curious, also I had no idea what subreddit so point me in a good direction if this is wrong
