Earlier in my career, I used to have some difficulties extracting roots like this, but I’ve been working hard to improve in this area. I recently extracted this one and started wondering: would experienced doctors consider this a difficult extraction or a relatively straightforward case?

I’m asking because I’d genuinely like to know whether I’m actually improving clinically or just overestimating my progress.
