MSI sent me a damaged motherboard
Since the link in the sidebar is broken, I'm posting this here to see if MSI responds before I contact the MPBSD. RMA# CAR26027704
I dropped off an X870E Carbon WIFI at a MSI service center in Markham because it had a broken headphone jack. They "replaced" it with a damaged one with a deformed PCIE slot, scratches everywhere on the heatsinks and RAM slots. The heatsinks that are supposed to be attached also loose.
Not happy about this at all. Warning to anyone who thinks about sending their MSI motherboard with a minor issue in for RMA.
