Curious if anyone else is experiencing this and how they are handling it.

I work in B2B SaaS paid media and I’m just running into a few instances of clients that are adamant about, “we need to spend the full month/quarter budget” even if it means less efficiency, higher CAC, etc.

Like on one hand, I get it…you have a budget that leadership gave, and the risk of not spending it all becomes a slippery slope that leadership sees as “we gave you all this money why didn’t you spend it?” But on the other hand, there’s the risk of just over inflating CAC and spending more doesn’t always equate to getting more leads/pipeline etc.
