Symptoms all related to GERD?

Hi Everyone- hoping somewhere else there may have had similar symptoms. I have had numbness and tingling in my hands and feet for almost a year now. In addition, around the same time started having terrible reflux (feels like actual burning right in heart area). Have had all sorts of blood tests, multiple MRIs (brain/spine), bravo test, EMG. Only things that have come up are bleeding ulcers, low ferritin, and GERD. Ulcers cleared after omeprazole. Am on daily omeprazole and it will work for awhile, and then I will have almost "attacks" where for a week or so I have horrible heartburn and nothing works. then slowly it will go away and return a few weeks later. have tried pepsid, tums, reflux gourmet. nothing really works. Numbness and tingling isn't constant but seems to get worse when my gerd is bad. Early 40s.

edit: to include info that may be relevant: all of these symptoms (including gerd) started about a week or two after I had covid

Hi Everyone-

I am a new poster. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong on the post. in the picture with the bride, the groom, service member to the right of the bride, and grooms parents (older couple to left of groom) either have eyes closed or aren't looking the right way. Can anyone use the following picture of the same people to somehow correct this? If this is too difficult as well let me know. I'd prefer no AI so if I print the picture it comes out ok.

Also- please let me know if resolution will work to blow up and print.
