I had a horrible time the past 3 weeks, my motility was basically non existent, all my medication, supplements etc did nothing anymore and I was actually panicking hard. It was sunday and I thought I'll call the doctor on monday, but gave micro dosing prucalopride another go (I'm super sensitive with the medication and couldn't take them beyond 0.25mg without lasting side effects that didn't go away). Usually I'd wait a few hours and then take any other medication or supplements I need, but this time I waited until a few hours before bedtime with my laxatives.

Monday came and I was and still am doing well - I haven't been this good (my diet is still restricted though) since months, so I'm flabbergasted how timing my meds a bit different has helped so much. Or maybe it's coincidence? Either way I'm relieved, not sure if there's an actual logical explanation to why it works so much better, but here we are

I really needed to share this micro success, who knows, maybe it could help someone else? The last thing I thought of was switching my medication intake.

My friend needs a hysterectomy due to adenomyosis (they also have endo) but doctors so far refused to operate on them because "they're too young" (mid 20's). Naturally they're in plenty of pain and they also do not wish to have children, so if any Austrian is reading this, I'd appreciate you dropping me your doctors and surgeons that made it possible for you to get the procedure!
