The client had a plain concrete patio against a two-story house that wasn't being used for anything.

Added a lower-level pergola attached to the house with French door access, and a raised deck on top with black metal railings and stairs connecting both levels. Dark espresso stain throughout to tie it together.

What's your opinion?

An empty concrete slab that just sat there baking in the sun. Added an attached cedar patio cover that ties it straight into the house so it feels like part of the building.

Threw in a bench swing on one end. The mountain view out the back kind of completes it.

The AR overlay at the start is the design plan overlaid on the actual site before anything is built. Helps visualize the scale before committing.
