Hi.
I want to track meetings of my employees to diagnose the back-to-back meetings problem. I want to know the actual time between meetings. Firstly, I want to know how employees are planning their meetings and following the company meeting rules (we advise to put 30mins between meetings) in their calendar and then to see the actual time between meetings if first meeting took longer than expected. Is there a way to track this info? I was advised to do it manually and that would be a nightmare. I am sure there should a solution for this and ability to generate a monthly report or so.

My boss read an article about back-to-back meetings and negative impact on productivity. And gave me an assignment to track this problem in our company and help employees plan their meeting in a better way. Have you done something like this and what are your advises? Firstly, I have no clue how would I track and measure this problem in a 500+ employees large company. Maybe it is not that bad at all. Who knows.
