Quit cold turkey 4 days ago.

I have done this method before, and it worked, until I was on a night out 6 months later and started social smoking, which is why i'm here again! Been vaping on and off for years.

Monday night, I used my vape before bedtime and haven't touched it since. Just wanted to share a couple of things that helped me:

- Quit on a night time right before bed, when you wake up you have already been without nicotine etc for 7+ hours

- I liked the deep breaths when vaping, it regulated me. Now when I get a craving I just take a couple of deep breaths and the craving goes away.

- I use gum & mints to keep my mouth busy

- I try to get an early night so I don't have to focus on cravings for the first couple of days, however I get restless legs and find this hard! I just got into bed on day 1/2 & 3 and took myself on a little walk around the house if I became restless and then went back.

- I'm on day 4 now and didn't think about vaping when I woke up this morning, so I am hopeful I am over the worst of it!

Just thought I would weigh in as it might help someone!
