If you had to grow a brand new website from 0 to 10k monthly visitors, what would you focus on first?

I’m trying to figure out what actually moves the needle early on. There’s a ton of advice out there—content, backlinks, technical SEO, social—but it’s hard to tell what really matters when you’re starting from zero.

If you’ve done it before, what made the biggest difference for you?

What would you do again, and what would you ignore?
