OCS-T no degree

I am applying for OCS-T and I just want to see where the probability lies with me actually getting picked up for it. I meet all the requirements, E5 with over 4 years, and 30 semester hours or 45 quarter-hours of college with at least one college mathematics course. I have strong letters of recommendation, and what I believe to be a strong resume and narrative. I am active in the community and do a lot of volunteer work. The only thing that worries me is I don’t have a college degree. I believe if it came down to two candidates, myself and someone with a degree, they would choose them. I stopped taking college classes during the shut down because TA was not funded. Now that TA is back I am taking classes again. Any thoughts on how this will affect me? And any recommendations on how to make myself a more competitive candidate?
