“Down to a medium.”

Still feels weird saying that after starting out close to 400 lbs. I’m sitting at 208 now, and honestly it’s been one hell of a ride. Lost Zepbound coverage through Caremark back in July, but I refused to let that become an excuse. Kept showing up, kept the habits, kept moving forward even when motivation wasn’t there.

April also marked 1 full year at my local Planet Fitness. Nothing crazy or perfect, just consistency. A lot of small choices added up over time.

Big shoutout to my wife for posting this and supporting me through all of it. There were definitely rough days, plateaus, setbacks, and moments where I wanted to quit, but looking back now, I’m glad I didn’t.

If you’re at the beginning of your journey, don’t focus only on the finish line. Just focus on not stopping.

Progress is slow until one day it isn’t.
