Hi all, I’m a first year college student at my local community college with oh so many hopes of transferring to my dream uni. But I had a full blown mental collapse (not because of my classes) in the middle of the semester which left my grades in ruin.
My first semester, I had a 3.3 GPA (which I know isn’t good in the long run, but i wasn’t too worried since i thought i could improve on it). Now with the terrible semester over with I’m calculating my GPA to be around the 2.6 range because of me failing a class one C and the rest Bs (5 courses).
I don’t know y’all I’m looking for anything at this point. I’m recovering well from that point and the meds I’m on have helped regulate my mood and made me create a clear routine to do things. I just need some typa clarification if I can still transfer if I can still do it if I just work my butt off or sumn.
