The speed at which ai is growing and job market is shrinking ,if we done 2 years of mtech in iits no doubt we can get a job but in those 2 years dependency and use of AIs will also increase in companies and many roles will be gone ,so if someone gradutes from mtech cse at 28 yrs of age and then losses his job many doors are already closed ,it will very difficult to switch ,recently we have seen many companies layoffs.
Many of us are preparing for gate cse to geta job not because of intreset by many i mean most of us .If someone is doing out of interest they are already working so they still have option.
I am not trying to demoralize , i have been stuck like this for 3 years and i agree most of it is my own fault by not studying enough now i started preparing for other gov. exams and still sometimes think of preparing for gate cse but these doubt comes and i cant ignore them.
What do you think someone who is 21 or 22 preparing for gate as well as 25 or 26 of age group please tell me
