So I have just completed my 32 Fear Run as well as platinumed the game. Fully completed most weapons fear as well and I still have not finished Bared Fangs because the 'Slicer' perk has never shown. Even after running 2 Fangs for fear for the past 70+ runs at least. I am on night 178.
As stated in title, I have basically finished the game except for Bared Fangs minor prophecy because the Slicer perk never ever shows up at all. I have had both Fangs selected in the Oath since I saw the prophecy and I have never once seen an enemy with that perk. Just ridiculous the rng on it. Was a fun game but this really annoyed me.
