What is your preferred method when installing window jamb extensions?
I usually measure and mark each corner measurement from the window to the finish edge of the drywall at the corners.
Then I rip the jamb material with a track saw from point to point if they are pie shaped. Which in the renovations they generally are. If they are the same throat size then table saw it is.
I Iike to preassemble the whole jamb assembly, then the complete casing frame, then nail the two together, lastly install it all as a complete unit with brads.
What do you do differently?
