So I had my interview last week at the Accra - Ghana embassy and I was refused under section 221g. I was given my documents back including my passport but they kept ones relating to prove of relationship with my wife. The CO also gave me two extra documents, one was informing me that Female Genital Mutilation is illegal in the United States and another one tells me about my rights in the US.

I just wanted to know if this is usual and if me receiving those two extra documents means anything
