does anyone here has experience with Nepal Police Cyber Bureau, Meta LERS requests, or recovery cases involving wallets/WhatsApp scams, I’d genuinely appreciate hearing how the process went.

I have a debilated mars in 7th house . I am a capricorn rising. Mars is atmakaraka for cap rising I think .

If so, is debilated mars not inherently bad?
