Me and my friend just started hitting the gym again.
Our schedule is 4 days alternating leg day and chest/back/arm day on m/w/thurs/fri.

How efficient is this 4 day setup?

Leg day
Monday Thursday

Leg curl 3x10
Squat 4x8
Calf extensions 3x20
Leg extensions 3x10
Leg press 3x10

Chest/Back/Arms
Tuesday Friday

Pull ups 3x10
Bench press 3x8
Cable rows 3x10
lateral raises 3x10
Strict curl 3x10
Tricep extensions 3x10

So I found this snap-on tool box off marketplace. Seems to be a splice between two or three different boxes from different eras. Was told by the previous owner that it was his dad’s and he was a fabricator that welded it all together.

Would love if someone could help ID them.

I am also seeking advice on how to go about restoring it. My plan is to wet sand and clear coat it.
The drawers and bottom garage door slide mechanisms are a little worse for wear though. Seems like they would slide better if I cleaned them and regreased them, but I am a bit lost as to how I remove the drawers off their slides.

Got this white oak from a local stair shop. All are 3/4“ thick. Have 1 piece about 8‘ long by 6“ wide and 4 more between 3.5’ and 4.5‘ long and 8“ wide. Just looking for general ideas you guys might have. Thanks!
