Last year I discovered I’m gluten intolerant, and eliminating gluten resolved about 90% of my joint pain. I only experienced soreness when consuming dark chocolate, soy sauce, excessive junk food, or before my period.

Now, two weeks into a mostly carnivore diet with occasional kiwi fruit and sauerkraut my joint pain is persistent. It’s not severe but significantly impacts my daily life. My diet consists of eggs, chicken, beef, pork, bacon, liver, sardines, butter, cream, and basa fish or shrimp every now and then,
