I'm not proposing this as a replacement for ACDM or as a proven physics theory. I'm looking for criticism of a speculative meta-cosmological framework: if lower sciences repeatedly emerge into higher effective regimes, is it justified to assume cosmology is scale-final?
Across natural science, transition layers appear where lower-level laws remain true but incomplete: fields -> particles, particles -> atoms, atoms -> molecules, chemistry -> life, gas/dust -> stars, stars -> galaxies, galaxies -> cosmic web. Scale-Nested Cosmology asks whether cosmology itself might be another effective scale-domain rather than the final level of reality.
Where does the scale-emergence analogy fail? Is "scale-finality" already justified in cosmology? What would count as measurable leakage from a larger scale-domain? Is this only philosophy, or can it be made into a testable framework?
I have a longer PDF if anyone wants the full version.
