Early in the week I posted asking what part of my pc I should upgrade and was told to get either a 5070 or a 9070xt my price range was around 600-700
I’m asking for opinions on which to get.

9070 xt - 700$

I’m just looking for some good upgrade recommendations I would prefer keeping my next purchase under 600 so I’m mostly finding out which piece to replace first.
