I booked a Qatar Business class flight on the AA website using Advantage Points. Award Points. Will I get access to Flagship Lounge at DFW? The Qatar website lists Admiral & Flagship lounges on their website for the below itinerary

Below is the itinerary

DFW to YYZ. AA1111. Class : Economy ( T )

YYZ to DOHA. QR786 Class : Business ( U )

Layover is 4 hours in YYZ
