When streaming video with slow internet, why does the video appear pixelated specifically around people/their movement areas?
From my (limited) understanding of data transfer, I would expect pixelation throughout the full screen or randomly throughout. Why do people and/or movements on video stream with lower fidelity than the rest of the screen?
