Hi all, i am pretty satisfied with my weight loss until now but i feel like i am plateauing on my current weight for about two weeks now. When I reached out to the Hers on the app they offered to switch me to the glp1 or the ozempic pill and honestly I don’t think i can afford that right now with all the extra charges.

I am pretty short, 5’0, so my daily calorie count is already pretty low so I’m not sure I can even go any lower at this point. Do you all have any tips I can use to jumpstart my weight loss process because I know my progress is not huge visually rn but I know some of my clothes fit different and I’m not out of breath taking the stairs so it’s a huge win for me with the 4x gym I’ve been trying to hit up.
