On EnKAD for now since i'm lazy ( https://enkad.enka.network/?id=H3B9R1W5F2J2n6 ).

But in-game factory build is possible although OOB (out-of-bounds) Pylons and Water Conduit Outlets placement will change depends on your factory orientation and map placement restriction zone around the sub-PAC.

Since the design is almost symmetrical, feel free to make blueprint out of it if you want (I'm lazy af sr).

Edit: Bottom left AIC output should be Yazhen plant instead of Yazhen seed
