Am considering a move to the Middle East in 2027 after a long time in China in order to be closer to home. Some of my friends have advised me not to do this and that the package and work life balance is better in China. Is this the case everywhere? Or is it still possible to find a decent package in a decent school in the ME and save a bit? I am in leadership and have one dependent.
