I’ve been struggling to get replies from outreach lately and wanted to know if others are facing the same issue.

I do LinkedIn outreach where I connect with people and send simple DMs about their company or work — not even direct sales pitches — but no replies.

I’m also running Apollo email sequences. Open rates are decent, but reply rates are 0. I tried personalization, but my manager prefers sending weekly sequences at scale for 4–5 companies.

What’s actually working for you in 2026 to get replies?
