I deleted my previous account/post to clarify a few things and answer some common (and sensitive) questions:

Am I using peptides?
- Right now yes, but only for recovery. I only incorporate other stuff during structured competition prep phases, under professional supervision and regular health monitoring

Are you still natty after using peptides?
- Yes imo, it's not a steroid. It only mimicks the effect of it.

Was I purely natural before making this decision?
- Yes. I built my foundation and reached my natural peak before making this decision.

Why did I choose this path?
- I want to compete at the highest level, like Olympia level. I understood what that requires and made the decision fully aware.

Is it safe?
- There are risks involved if not guided properly. That’s why I prioritize regular checkups, tracking health markers, and working closely with professionals.

Do I recommend it?
- Not for everyone. This is a serious, personal decision and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Do I still train and diet hard?
- 100%. Nothing replaces consistency, discipline, and proper nutrition.

Are my results just because of peptides?
- No. They support the process, but the foundation is still years of training, diet, and discipline.

What about side effects?
- No side effects if you use it properly. But it's part of the reality. I manage them through monitoring and adjustments when needed.

How much does it cost?
- EXPENSIVE 1 competition prep alone can cost around 100k+ pesos

Do I feel pressure to be open?
- Yes, and I choose to be transparent because I’m a certified fitness coach and I know how much people take from what they see online.

Just putting this out there for transparency ✌🏻
