I dislocated my shoulder last week while sparring with my friend, its been a rough time but I can't stop thinking about getting back into the gym. I know I need to take time to rest my shoulder before boxing again, so is there any time to recovering without losing anything I've learned or gained? And along with this, what can I do to practice while injured? I would like overall tips but specifically I want to work on my speed, how to apply pressure without tiring myself completely out, tips for guarding/defense against someone taller than me and with longer arms, and finally what to do against someone that doesn't have as much experience as I do but is significantly stronger than me. Thank you in advance for your responses, and if any clarification is needed or more information I will provide it.
