Hey! So, I'm new to making clay art and kind of got ahead of myself here. I originally made these as a test to see if I was capable of shaping and painting it and if the clay I'm using would even hold up. I ended up really happy with how it turned out so instead of remaking it I would like to attempt to connect them but thought I'd ask for some advice before I bust out the drill.
I'm thinking I should drill straight through the plaque and then a bit into the neck of the deer so I can anchor it with something, then fill around the anchor with super glue and use epoxy putty directly on the parts of the clay that touch.
I'm also wondering if I should drill a hole at the top to put in something to hang it with but I've seen others say they just use a super strong glue instead.
