
So essentially the mistake I made when losing weight is I did not do any sort of strength training. I ended up being very skinny fat as indicative of the second photo and I felt weak.
Spent 10 I started eating better and working out properly and I grew back up to 185 pounds. I think I look better at this weight and I also feel better but I’m still carrying a lot of fat.
I’m debating how I should proceed from here. I was initially thinking of very slowly getting up to like 200 pounds of muscle and then worrying about cutting later but a second option is to stay exactly where I am and focus on cutting. I still don’t feel like I am where I want to be in terms of raw strength so I’m leaning towards the former option but any advice or opinions would be appreciated.
